  I recently rescued a shelter dog. I took her to see Dr. Kaiser and he found that she was infected with heart worms. He treated and cured her from the heart worms at no cost to me. I am grateful for the care and love we received from Dr. Kaiser and his staff.

  My dog has fleas and i came in to see my options and without letting me talk they push pamphlets and papers and boxes on me. Once I picked one the doctor took a look at my dog and said the fleas are digging into his leg and living in there. He said the only way to stop them is a series of 3 injections once a month. I can't afford that and i'm not putting my dog through three shots a month. Not to mention the guy sounded like he was making it up anyways. Very bad liars.

  My 3 dogs have always had good care at Katherine Road, but due to Dr. Kaiser legal issues with "animal cruelty" charges I have decided not to take my dogs there anymore. This is why I have 3 stars. They were always friendly & helpful. Pat (front desk) can be a little curt, but once she knows you and your animals she will do anything she can to be helpful.
