  Called because I wanted a tooth extracted, they listened nicely and compassionately as to what I wanted done. They set an appointment and said likely they could do the extraction the same day with just one visit. I was sure I was going to be told I would have to come back again. I went in, filled out the normal necessary paperwork. (I arrived 15 min before my appointment to do this) they called me back right on time! They took an X-Ray as expected. Then Dr. Pritts came in and talked with me, she listened to what I wanted and why. She then took the time to explain what other options I had and what the approximate costs, benefits would be of the different options. She gave me some suggestions for long term tooth health specific to my needs. Then got to work. It was not an easy extraction. (I have been thru this a few times) but she was very patient and did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable (insert funny humor here....with a large pair of dental pliers in my mouth connected to the tooth she was trying to pull). Dr. Pritts and her staff did an awesome job. I will definitely go back for all my Dental needs. Thank you!

  I am new to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I called the office looking for an appointment on a specific day because I was taking a day off of work. They didn't have any appointments for cleanings open, but knowing the situation, they scheduled me a cleaning with the dentist herself (who was a dental hygienist for many years before becoming a dentist). I was extremely impressed with how they went above and beyond for a new client. Everyone was extremely friendly and personable. I highly recommend them!
